Welcome to TechXAlt. By accessing our website and utilizing our software engineering and design services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Engagement

TechXAlt provides custom web development, mobile app development, UI/UX design, AI integration, and digital marketing services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and cost of any project will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Contract signed by both parties prior to the commencement of work.

2. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment for the services rendered, the intellectual property (IP) rights to the custom software code, final designs, and deliverables are transferred to the client, unless otherwise specified in the project contract. TechXAlt retains the right to use proprietary libraries, open-source configurations, and generalized code snippets that do not contain client-specific business logic.

TechXAlt reserves the right to display the completed project in our portfolio and marketing materials, unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) restricting such display is actively in place.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely project delivery, the client agrees to:

• Provide timely feedback and approvals on milestones.
• Supply necessary assets, domain access, and credentials when requested.
• Communicate changes in scope immediately, understanding that such changes may delay timelines and incur additional costs.

4. Payment Terms

Payment structures vary per project and typically consist of an upfront deposit (e.g., 30-50%) before work begins, with subsequent payments tied to project milestones. Invoices are due within 14 days of receipt. Late payments may result in a halt to project work until the balance is resolved.

5. Warranties and Liability

TechXAlt warrants that the services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. However, we do not warrant that the software will be completely error-free. Following project deployment, we offer a standard bug-fixing warranty period as defined in the contract.

In no event shall TechXAlt be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the software systems we provide.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the project engagement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for paying for all work completed up to the termination date.
